Bad food, Poor sound isolation but Kind reception.

The service and food quality of the restaurant is the poorest as well as the sound isolation system in the room that I have had. Still, very kind service offered by the receptionist.

Needs a refresh

The hotel is old and run down. The hallway carpets are filthy and the bathroom had mold. The drain in the shower did not work. The car was parked in the garage during a rainstorm and the garage was flooded. The room key did not work every single time we left and came back.

Me hospedo com frequência em vários hotéis e infelizmente, essa experiência deixou a desejar. No quarto, não tinha coberta nem edredom, foi preciso solicitar. A reserva era de casal e disponibilizaram um edredom de solteiro. Os copos no frigobar estavam sujos com marca de batom (provavelmente de outros hóspedes). No café da manhã, os dois sucos que tentei tomar era pura água. Pão de queijo preciso ser justa que estava quentinho e saboroso. No resumo, não foi uma experiência satisfatória. Evito ao máximo esse tipo de avaliação negativa, mas, infelizmente, falharam.

Péssimo pra não dizer menos. O colchão deve ter uns 15 anos. As molas fazem barulho e parecem estar desensacadas. O exaustor do banheiro estava quase quebrando de vez. Fazia um barulho enorme durante o uso. O cobertor estava rasgado. Enfim, péssimo demais. Bem ruim mesmo. Zero manutenção

O Atendimento da recepção e do pessoal da limpeza é bom. Tive problemas com.o Sr Cindy , pois estava sujo e barulhento, como a televisão estava com um barulho e muitos canais não estavam funcionando.

Chuveiro não aquecia, piso sujo, toalhas mal cheirosas, cama com colchão com um buraco no meio (teve que ser trocado). Barulho da rua e um casal fazendo sexo selvagem no quarto ao lado que não me deixava dormir (parece engraçado, mas não é)

O hotel tem custo bom , só fiquei decepcionado com a cama que fazia muito barulho, pois é de mola. Pedi para trocar e ficou pior do que estava, e no banheiro falta uma prateleira abaixo da pia, meus pertences não cabem e fico tudo bagunçado, o que uma prateleira resoveria, no demais o hotel atende bem os hóspedes e o custo benefício vale a pena.
