Needs a refresh

The hotel is old and run down. The hallway carpets are filthy and the bathroom had mold. The drain in the shower did not work. The car was parked in the garage during a rainstorm and the garage was flooded. The room key did not work every single time we left and came back.

O Atendimento da recepção e do pessoal da limpeza é bom. Tive problemas com.o Sr Cindy , pois estava sujo e barulhento, como a televisão estava com um barulho e muitos canais não estavam funcionando.

Chuveiro não aquecia, piso sujo, toalhas mal cheirosas, cama com colchão com um buraco no meio (teve que ser trocado). Barulho da rua e um casal fazendo sexo selvagem no quarto ao lado que não me deixava dormir (parece engraçado, mas não é)

O hotel tem custo bom , só fiquei decepcionado com a cama que fazia muito barulho, pois é de mola. Pedi para trocar e ficou pior do que estava, e no banheiro falta uma prateleira abaixo da pia, meus pertences não cabem e fico tudo bagunçado, o que uma prateleira resoveria, no demais o hotel atende bem os hóspedes e o custo benefício vale a pena.

Atende às necessidades

O atendimento no check-in foi muito rápido, estava vazio, mas havia mais de 1 atendente disponível. Na recepção tem máquinas de auto atendimento para comidas e bebidas rápidas. O cardápio do restaurante parece interessante, com preços justos. O estacionamento é limitado às vagas disponíveis. Tem vagas na porta, mas escolha um local bem iluminado e não deixe objetos à vista. O quarto é bom e confortável, como está nas fotos, possui o básico e indispensável para dormir, a limpeza é boa, tudo funciona bem, mas falta um pouco de dedicação na manutenção, parece que o hotel vai envelhecer rápido. A localização é boa em um bairro residencial bem silencioso (final de semana).

Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e prestativos durante toda a minha estadia — ponto positivo. No entanto, tive algumas experiências negativas que impactaram bastante o conforto e a higiene. A cama e o travesseiro eram desconfortáveis, o que dificultou o descanso. Deixei um lanche no quarto por pouco tempo e, ao retornar, estava completamente tomado por formigas, em quantidade que parecia um formigueiro. Além disso, no café da manhã do primeiro dia, observei mosquitos andando sobre os pães, o que gerou preocupação com a higiene do local. Espero que esses pontos possam ser revistos, pois o atendimento da equipe merece destaque.

Sempre visitamos BH, e pela primeira vez ficamos no Nobille. Os atendentes são muito atenciosos, a cama é maravilhosa, o café é muito bom. Custo, benefício bom, nos atendeu, esperamos voltar em Junho com mais casais, haverá uma conferência e queremos fechar o hotel para os participantes.

Recomendo a estadia

O café da manhã é ótimo. Os garçons são muitos educados. Todos da recepção são ótimos atendentes. A estrutura do hotel é nova. O quarto é limpo e aconchegante. A internet é meio fraca, como em todo hotel. A localização é o melhor. Há locais para refeição e mercado muitos próximos e a vizinhança é tranquila.
