Nice hotel, stayer there before. Not far from the airport so perfect stay when you leaving BH. Instead of stress with traffic all the way. Just stay there's and hassle free journey to the airport.

Tivemos um atendimento normal na recepção , ao chegar nos quarto nao tinha controle do ar , apesar de pedir eles nao enteregaram tive que descer. O quarto é pequeno mas bem limpo a cama e a roupa de cama muito boa. O que nos incomodou foi barulho. A acústica nao e boa, e desde 4 da manhã muitos hospedes saem e batem as portas conversam no corredor ,o café da manha foi ótimo e o jantar também com ótimo preço . Sugiro pedir o mexido que é maravilhoso e cá caip banana

Optei por este hotel pela sua área de lazer, que na data da minha viagem estava em manutenção e não pude utilizar. Então paguei por algo que não usei, acho que deveriam ter colocado no site que estão com área de lazer em reforma. A garagem é gratuita mediante disponibilidade de vagas que é muito bom, mas é adequada para carros pequenos tendo em vista a dificuldade de acesso por rampa e paredes estreitas. Equipe da recepção muito atenciosa e educada. Equipe de limpeza muito prestativa também, e os quartos são bem limpos.

desta vez a estadia não foi tão boa, quanto da primeira vez, tivemos a infelicidade de esperar mais de 45 minutos para conseguir entrar no apartamento, sistema de computadores em falha ou falta de funcionários foi a explicação, praticamente não tinha o pessoal para fazer certas funções até perto da piscina, o café da manhã não foi como esperado, mas o jantar foi ótimo, garçon Douglas excelente e tratamento mil, as meninas do café também excelentes, mas o ambiente ainda é agradável!

Cobra ovo frito e falta de translado aeroporto!

Pedi um ovo frito no café da manhã e o atendente informou que era pago a parte, um absurdo! Cobrar por ovo frito no café, um hotel que paguei mais de 500 reais na diária é lamentável. Hospedei lá pela proximidade com o aeroporto de Confins e eles não possuem nenhum serviço de translado também. Hotel até bom, mas serviço péssimo!

Bom!

Já ficamos algumas vezes no hotel e sempre achamos excelentes. Entendo que seja a data comemorativa (ano novo) mas ficamos em um andar que tinha gritaria de criancas correndo no corredor, apartamentos com as portas abertas, muito barulho. O hotel estava tão cheio que tivemos que parar o carro em um lote vago perto do hotel, o estacionamento coberto e o descoberto lotado. E o que mais incomodou é o hotel nao ter estrutura para a quantidade de pessoas no ano novo no café da manhã. Tivemos que esperar com os pratos na mão para sentarmo em uma mesa. Faltou muitos ítens no café da manhã. Mas tirando isso, hotel maravilhoso, cama boa, chuveiro excelente e quarto muito bom. Iremos voltar mais vezes, imagino que tenha sido da data em especifico.

Bom dia! Fiquei hospedado no 5 andar, o quarto com instalações excelentes, mas, infelizmente, é preciso resolver o problema dos pombos que ficam fazendo barulho nas janelas, do quarto e do banheiro. No mais, foi tudo muito prazeroso. Obrigado.
