Quarto muito rudimentar. Banheiro minúsculo e com problemas na torneira e chuveiro. Cama muito pequena e colchão fino tipo muito antigo. O café da manhã muito restrito, suco artificial. Não recomendaria. A estadia foi muito alta pelo nível de hospedagem oferecida.

Funcionários engessados, sem presteza nenhuma. Nem um pouco simpáticos. Fiquei 5 dias no hotel e limparam meu quarto apenas 2 duas vezes. Minha toalha nunca foi trocada. O sabonete tinha que ser solicitado todos os dias na recepção.

Pior experiência da vida

Simplesmente a pior experiência que eu e minha família tivemos Hotel sem estrutura,antigo,móveis velhos cama ruim cobertores velhos Chuveiro simplesmente frio solicitamos na recepção a manutenção o atendente explicou e pediu para meu esposo fazer não sei lá o que no mesmo que tbm não resolveu Não houve limpeza do quarto, lixo nada Simplesmente não repulsaram o papel fiz a solicitação por duas vezes e após quatro horas tive que retornar a ligação para a recepção Graças a Deus não era uma emergência pois sem água quente e nem papel talvez precisasse ir até a rua para comparar Enfim ,nunca usei essa plataforma para reservar meus hotéis e realmente não sei se será confiável fazer novamente
