Decepcionante.

O Hotel é totalmente diferente das fotos, a entrada da recepção agradável ok! Mais ao subir as escadas avistei corredores longos estranhos e escuros.Quando cheguei ao quarto, três camas de solteiro dispostas mobiliário bem velho em madeira e colchões finíssimos, dava para sentir a madeira por baixo da cama, não foi nos informado sobre a higienização do local no checkin, fiquei por quatro dias esperando a limpeza e o quarto não foi limpo, lençóis de cama não foram trocados, muito menos toalhas, ao adentrar o banheiro tinha um degrau enorme para subir para conseguir ter acesso ao chuveiro ( que mal esquentava) e o sanitário se tivesse alguém com limitações com toda certeza não iria utilizar daquele banheiro, a energia elétrica tendo oscilações, trinco da porta quebrado, obra dentro do hotel, e oque mais estranhei foi a estrutura pois tinham janelas enormes bem diferentes de um hotel paredes com tetos muito altos , fui me informar lá mesmo e soube que ali era um antigo hospital naquelas instalações. Não recomendo esse lugar. Fiquei de tirar algumas fotos do local mais esqueci. O quarto era o 206

Não indico pra ninguém

Foi a pior escolha que fiz quando escolhi esse lugar pra me hospedar . Atendimento pessimo uma mulher mal educada fez uma cobrança que nunca existiu pois, a reserva seria com estacionamento e café da manhã incluso chegando lá quis cobrar uma taxa indevida. Para completar quarto sujo , banheiro sujo , toalha suja , elevador sujo, e não indico a ninguém .

Me cobraram 50 reais no estacionamento, na divulgacao nao estava essa informação. Feppis me colocaram num quarto com mau cheiro de esgoto, controle da tv nao funcionava ,tricaram por duas vezes o controle e mesmo assim nao funcionou. Simples sumiram e nao deram importância. Ate eunir na recepção e reclamar e pedir a troca do quarto . Nesse momento a moça da recepção disse que esse quarto realmente era problematico . Emtao nao entendi porque tinham me colocado nele e questionei o rapaz que fez a entrada. Simples nao falou nada . Cafe da manha horrivel ,pão com margarina nao condiz com que cobram pelo pernoite. Atendimento horrivel .

Um Hotel péssimo, Não tem nem um mínimo para receber um hóspede, não tem sabonete, não tem toalhas, os atendentes são completamente despreparados, quarto ruim, cama ruim, tudo péssimo. Aluguei um quarto nesse hotel para ir à um evento que facilitaria meu trajeto, chegando do evento fiquei cerca de 30 minutos fora do hotel com os portões tracandos, sem porteiro, sem interfone, completamente abandonado, tivemos que chamar a polícia e ficamos cerca de mais de 1h para solucionar o problema. Funcionários completamente despreparado para receber hóspedes o local é terrível. Gostaria do meu reembolso, e o mínimo que você podem fazer.

Começar pelo atendimento horrível, quando chegamos foi cobrado a mais pelo estacionamento que já é indicado que estaria incluso, o chuveiro tinha lodo e o Box vazava, vários insetos.

Precisa melhorar as condiçoes do quarto.

O banheiro aspecto antigo e apesar de limpo exalava um odor forte de esgoto. A televisao so tinha canais aberto e o quarto não tinha ar condicionado . Mantas pareciam que ja tem tempo que nao são lavadas. Quarto 125 primeiro andar .

Inicialmente, fiz a reserva no site, chegando lá trocaram meu quarto, nao havia ar conficionado. Nao há telefone no quarto. O café da manhá nao estava bom, sem falar que a reposição era de pouquissimas coisas. Nao fizeram limpeza do quarto, banheiro. Nao havia um edredon descente.
