The breakfast is very good; you have juices, coffee, fruit, and eggs. The room is just adequate for the price I paid, although the facilities are a bit dated. The area around the hotel is a bit unsafe at night.

A hospedagem é simples. O café da manhã atende as expectativas. O quarto é pequeno mas pra uma pessoa funciona. A grande crítica é o colchão que foi bem desconfortável. O primeiro quarto que eu fui não tinha cortina no banheiro. Aí mudei pra um outro que tinha. As vezes molhava o banheiro todo pois ele era pequeno.

Nem pelo preço compensava. Fiquei no 3° andar 304: ar condicionado não funcionava, televisão não ligava e de todas as tomadas, apenas 1 funcionava.

Bom atendimento e a Mobilidade de transporte

Sempre fico no hotel Esplanada, principalmente pelo bom atendimento da recepção, acesso ao centro e mobilidade de transporte urbano através do BHBUS, estação fica na frente do hotel

Não indico, funcionários com a cara fechada e mal responde o que pergunta. A água quente do chuveiro acabou, liguei na recepção a pessoa pediu simplesmente para esperar que iria atrás da pessoa que era responsável mas ela não estava no hotel. Café da manhã horrível, frutas verdes, pães velhos e duros, café de baixa qualidade, pedi para a pessoa um ovo frito no óleo pois meu pai tem intolerância a lactose é simplesmente falou que não tinha o que fazer que só tinha aquele. Camas com colchões velhos com um buraco no meio, foi péssimo para dormir. Não sou de reclamar mas esse hotel foi complicado. Não recomendo.

Razoável, foi muito tranquilo limpeza dos quartos ok, atendimento ok, porém os três dias que ficamos o mesmo bolo seco e horrível ficou lá na mesa do café, tudo bem ser simples, mas as coisas que tinham alimentou estarem empoeiradas e encardidas é bem ruim.

Não recomendo.

Bem ruim, hotel antigo e estrutura precisando de manutenção. Meus amigos e eu tivemos alergia e precisamos tomar remédio. Como precisávamos de um hotel com estacionamento, pensamos que esse hotel nos atenderia, mas no fim o estacionamento é pago e não compensou, teria sido melhor pegar um hotel melhor e pagar um estacionamento privativo a parte.

O que eu mais gostei foi o fato do prédio ter características de um casarão, assim sua acústica cancela o ruído externo, uma vez que o hotel está situado em uma região de BRT. O que pode melhorar são os móveis que são um pouco antigos. Mesmo assim, minha avaliação é positiva pois o atendimento da recepção é ótimo e espero voltar mais vezes.
