Decepcionante

Apesar de os funcionários serem muito cordiais e simpáticos, chegamos no quarto com uma sujeira gosmenta na parede, e ela permaneceu por dois dias seguidos (toda a estadia). fizemos reserva para duas pessoas e tinha apenas 01 conjunto de toalha no banheiro. Quando pedimos, a recepcionista estava sozinha e tinha dificuldade de buscar ou entregar. Fomos até a recepção e ela só conseguiu encontrar a toalha de banho, mas não a de rosto. A luz ñ apaga 100%, demora horas para o quarto ficar totalmente escuro à noite. A "cama de casal" eram dois colchões de solteiro colados, mas que deixavam uma fenda no meio. Wifi ruim, e quando reclamamos fomos simplesmente informados que o atendente também estava sem acesso. Presença de mofo no banheiro. Café da manhã muito simples Não repuseram a água do frigobar durante a estadia. Encontramos amendoins no chão e embalagem de doce embaixo da cama, sendo que não foram consumidos por nós (achamos que o quarto não foi bem limpo antes da nossa chegada).

O hotel é ótimo, localizado do outro lado da lagoa em uma região mais tranquila, porém com rápido acesso ao Mineirão e as regiões com barzinhos e restaurantes.

Hotel com bom café da manhã e conforto nos quartos, a internet não funcionou enquanto estive la. As vagas de garagem no hotel são bem apertadas, mas eles tem um lote ao lado onde é possivel estacionar com bastante espaço.

Vale a pena, mas saiba antes...

O Hotel tem uma linda vista para lagoa, espaços instagramáveis e café da manhã compatível ao valor da diária. Não tinha copos no quarto, um detalhe simples, mas faz muita falta para tomar água, suco... Mesmo sabendo, acho um absurdo ter de pagar o estacionamento. Além de ser em um lote vago fora das dependências do hotel.

O banheiro estava com condições pessimas de uso , completamente mofado , a cama estava suja de sangue , a porta do quarto não trancava e cobraram um valor altissimo do estacionamento sem boa descrição do valor ao alugarmos e o estacionamento era fora do hotel e descoberto , tivermos que nos deslocar com malas e bagagens até o hotel. O Café da manhã era razoável para ruim, nunca vi hotel servir suco de caixinha e de pó artificial, os pratos eram manchados ou sujos e você tinha que procurar o menos sujo para utilizar, unica coisa que foi boa no hotel foi o atendimento dos funcionários.

O hotel é bom, o café da manhã estava excelente, localização ótima na Pampulha, vista linda. O estacionamento é pequeno e cobrado à parte, o que não acho que deveria ocorrer, pois já pagamos a estadia e o mesmo está dentro do hotel. Não gostei do atendimento da atendente do Checkin.

COLABORANDO PARA MELHORIA

O hotel é bastante confortável, a localização, o atendimento e a limpeza muito boas, sobretudo por estar às magens da Lagoa da Pampulha, com uma vista muito agradável... Gostamos tanto que conseguimos prorrogar nossa estada por mais alguns dias; Porém, todavia, existe uma situação a ser resolvida: o barulho todos os dias bem cedinho na cozinha do hotel preparando o café da manhã! Fala-se bastante alto! Hoje às 05:45 da manhã (!), alguém chegando deu um "bom dia", que penso ter acordado o hotel inteiro! Essa pessoa que disse o "bom dia" é a que mais fala alto! Naquele espaço, se conversa alto, batem panelas e instrumentos de trabalho, comenta-se o cardápio e ate se cantarola pequenos trechos de músicas! Fiquei me perguntandp se os/as hospedes maturalizam a situação e ninguém, afora nós, nunca reclamou antes?! Estamos hospedados no segundo andar e todo o barulho gerado na cozinha, o som, é escutado de forma alta e nítida. Pensei também que são pessoas trabalhadoras,alegres e que naturalmente, apesar de falarem bastante alto, agem com naturalidade. Qual seria a solução? Uma "educação para a fala" ou o isolamente acústico da cozinha?! Recomendo o/a proprietário/a, discretamente, vir presenciar, ou gravar,a situação relatada...

A great place facing the Pampulha lake where you can join the locals take a couple miles easy walk around the lake and admires the architectures of the museums, beautiful church and mansions built in late 20th century. The staff was friendly but translation apps needed for further assistance after check-in.

Foi razoável. Mas tivemos alguns casos que poderiam ter sido evitados como, mal contato da lâmpada do quarto, deixaram apenas 1 toalha, não informaram o ramal do quarto. A recepcionista de sexta a tarde não era agradável. Não havia também nada para indicar na porta que queríamos limpeza ou um "não incomodar".
