The hotel staff need a bit of a pick-me-up. Smiles and customer service training should be taught and implemented! The floors of the rooms were really filthy. Pool not open. Breakfast bar so-so. I've stayed at cheaper hotels in BH with better quality all-around.

1. O hotel não sabia da reserva, tive que mostrar o e-mail no smartphone. 2. Não havia sabonete nem shampoo no quarto. Forneceram apenas sabonete e disseram que o shampoo estava na rouparia e que não tinham a chave. Só as camareiras no dia seguinte. Tive que sair para comprar. 3. Embaixo da cama estava extremamente sujo. 4. Não repunham as opções do café da manhã às 9:20, sendo que o café encerra às 10:00. Péssima experiência. Pior hotel que já fiquei em BH.

A piscina estava desativada porém consta dá relação de fotos do hotel no site. O café muito fraco sem opção. Na recepção do um funcionário o que dificulta o check out.a garagem logo é cobrada do hóspede. O valor inicial 40 reais. Se reclamar deixam por 30 reais. Não voltarei mais ao hotel. Junho

Hotel muito básico e com alguns problemas. O frigibar não tem nada, existe uma certa indiscrição do pessoal da recepção que deixa o hóspede desconfortável, o quarto com cama queen na verdade apresenta duas camas juntadas, a limpeza não é das melhores, nem o café da manhã. Dá para o gasto em caso de emergência e a localização é boa. No mais, eu não recomendo.

O quarto tipo familia que reservamos pelo hotéis.com não estava disponível quando chegamos ao hotel. Após meia hora de espera nos alojaram num quarto do 16o andar onde o elevador não funcionava para descer, só para subir. Não creio que o hotel seja indicado para famílias.

Hotel bem centralizado mas necessitado de reparos

O atendimento dos serviços pelos funcionários muito bom. Esforçados para que o hospedes se sinta bem. Mas as instalações do hotel estão muitos velhas e gastas, principalmente as instalações do banheiro. Elevador com defeitos técnicos constantes, TV a cabo com redução mínimo de canais, frigo bar com a borracha da porta suja de limbo. Este hotel já foi bem melhor.
