The receptionists are very polite, but the hotel is not good, when I entered the room I had to dust it, the floor was dirty and there was dog hair, there was a water leak in the bathroom, old and dirty towels, the air conditioning is programmed, there is no point in lowering the temperature as it will continue not to cool down, and the breakfast is terrible.

Instalações físicas do hotel precisam de reparos. Corredores com pintura descascada, piso danificado, rodapés descolados. Banheiro do quarto com teto estragado, água vazando pra fora do box, além da acústica ruim permitindo ouvir muitos ruídos de outros quartos e corredor. Café da manhã deixou a desejar. E equipe de verificação de frigobar ainda errou na checagem dizendo que tinha consumido itens que não consumi. Esperava muito mais.
