"Location was great, it was clean and the decor was updated but I barely slept. While the hotel had a lot going for it the bed in my room was awful! In the middle of my first night I asked to switch rooms and was told to ask the morning staff. In the morning I asked again about switching rooms and because they were fully booked they were not able to do that. Not their fault that there was nothing available but in my opinion that bed should have been replaced a while ago."

"Priced less than other hotels in the area this is a clean, no frills hotel. Bed comfortable, and room facing Huntington Ave not very loud. Coffee and orange juice in the lobby during 6am to 9am. Would stay here again. Walkable to the Prudential Center, Copley square, library and Christian Science center."

"This location is not the greatest… it is decently far from the nearest train station and uber drivers often got confused where to pick up and drop off. The barn door on the bathroom was falling off the hinges. Shower was incredible and the soaps smelled amazing. Funny smell in the room that lingered. The lack of amenities was what we were most surprised about.. for the money, this did not feel like a luxury hotel as advertised. It is quite dated and therefore, misleading. Walls are also paper thin! You can hear the toilet flushing in the rooms around you. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. We wouldn’t stay here again because of the location and “oldness” but I guess those are personal preferences. "
