Bellechasse Regional County Municipality Holidays from NZ$2,226

Cute little spot right near all of the activities. The free breakfast was delicious and convenient! The shower in our room was open and made the floor quite wet and the air conditioning ran all the time despite trying to turn it off but all in all it was a very good value and service was impeccable !

The people were all genuinely nice. It’s a well located beautiful property. Was there for a wedding. Bride had asked that i - in her close wedding party be on the same floor. We were not although we had booked many many months in advance. They never came to do my room although i had asked for it to be clean with a sign from 6-2 then dnd 2-3. We got back at 11pm and there was a note saying the room hadnt been serviced. I asked at the bar what the gluten free options were/ could be. She just told me that i would need to check online. It wasnt online. I would have expected more support from the waitress, which eventually came after i asked her to please check with the kitchen. It felt like my condition was not her problem and i was a burden. There is a japanese toilet in my room which I appreciated but the seat was all yellowed from the heater which felt gross. I usually stay at the Fairmont or Germain when in quebec (or elsewhere) and i get much more of a sense of hospitality when i stay at those properties than i did at the st antoine. Nobody asked about me, my welcome amenuty had Gluten. Usually, at fairmont or germain they have it in my file. The rooms at st antoine were nicer and more curated. Overall, at the same price, I would probably go back to my usual suspects. Would not hesitate to stay there, i just feel there are better options for service.

Rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and other items. Would definitely rent this unit again.

The location of this property was fantastic and made exploring the area very easy. The host was responsive, provided clear check-in instructions, and offered great local recommendations. However, we were quite disappointed that the baby bed we requested was missing upon arrival, which caused a stressful first night. In addition, the listing misrepresents the actual parking situation. The off-site parking should say that it is 8 minutes away and that is not suitable for an SUV. Our rental SUV couldn't fit so we were forced to rely on paid street parking which took us 45 minutes to find... adding another unexpected arrival hassle and expense. The host needs to update the listing to clearly state that oversized vehicles will require finding another parking location. Also, the mattress in one of the bedrooms seems to be very old. It is unsupportive, causing us to wake up sore each day. A mattress upgrade would make a huge difference here. This property has great potential but those were a few areas that fell short of expectations.
