Ho trascorso una settimana in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia, due adulti e un bambino, ci siamo trovati molto bene , pulito e ben organizzato. Bella anche la zona, tranquilla e ben fornita!!

L'accueil est chaleureux et discret. Si vous désirez du calme à fréquenter en dehors des mois d'été. Si vous voulez de l'animation parfait des fin Mai Merci à Stefania et à une autre fois peut-être.

Pünktlich zum Sommerausklang reisten meine Frau und ich an. Die Hotels der Umgebung wurden "Winterfest" gemacht und die meisten Touristen waren bereits abgereist. Aber wir hatten Glück. Im Erdgeschoss unserer Wohnung befindet sich ein kleiner Laden der alles bietet, was zum Leben benötigt wird. Es schließt sich eine kleine Bar an, in der man das typische Cornetto und den Espresso bekommt. Auf der Straßenseite gegenüber ist ein Restaurant mit einem breiten Spektrum an Speisen. Aber nicht zu vergessen, der Strand und die Adria. Aber zurück zur Wohnung - sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und verbrachten eine schöne Zeit. Stefania, die Gastgeberin, ist kümmert sich um ihre Gäste und ihre Wohnung, was für den Gast zum Vorteil ist. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

La settimana di soggiorno presso Igea Marina è stata molto bella.Siamo stati molto bene nell'appartamento verde posto in posizione tale che non soffri neanche un po' di caldo,anzi quando ti affacci nel balcone della sala ti investe una leggera brezza marina che ti rinfresca molto.Da premettere che ha soggiornato anche la nipotina di due mesi.Ci è piaciuto anche la posizione dell'alloggio vicino al mare(venti mt.circa)e al centro del paese.L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort,se posso dare un suggerimento,manca una tenda antimosche nella porta-balcone della sala e un orologio da parete sempre in sala.Devo ringraziare Stefania che è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile.E' stata una bellissima settimana di relax,spero di ritornarci ancora.

"L''abitazione è molto confortevole e situata in posizione "strategica". E'' ottimamente servita (minimarket sotto casa, ...). Nonostante il pessimo tempo (meteorologico), la vacanza è stata molto positiva: i bambini, affacciati al balcone, era come se fossero ...in spiaggia!!"

"Sorry,tó send tthis testimonial so llate! Even we are glad with. everythings. The flat was clean,well equipped,and we founded everythings in the kitchen that we want tó use. Access tó áll sights and shops,éven tó the fleamarket,was easy. We founded promos to the sights and opening hours,etc. Everythings met our expectations. We would like to stay again."

"appartamento(blu) ben posizionato,terzo piano con ascensore,spazioso e areato, comodo anche per chi ha animali,arredi e attrezzature nuovi,lavatrice nuova,materassi comodi,due balconi da cui da entrambi si vede la spiaggia distante 20 metri.comodo market sotto casa,apprezzabile la convenzione con il bagno tony n.87.anche se i bagni adiacenti, se avete bambini sono molto piu'' attrezzati con giochi e intrattenimenti (comunque a noi ha regalato mezza giornata)- propietaria cordiale ,non residente nel condominio - unico neo ( ma tutta la zona e'' cosi)l''assoluta mancanza di parcheggi liberi ,per cui armatevi di santa pazienza , girando le viuzze adiacenti , se avete fortuna un buco libero lo trovate. noi abbiamo avuto difficolta'' in giugno,posso immaginare luglio o agosto.per il resto abbbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana e di sicuro ci ritorneremo."
