Lower Level | Ultimate Game & Kid Zone

The main entry is located on the lower level, just off the driveway with only a few steps up—easy access for unloading and arriving guests. This level is a kid (and adult!) paradise, packed with games, cool décor, and endless entertainment.

The spacious rec room features dimmable LED lighting, comfortable leather sofas and chairs, and a smart TV with classic Atari for nostalgic fun. Guests will love the retro pool table, cornhole, giant Connect Four, and a tabletop arcade loaded with hundreds of iconic games from the ’80s and ’90s.

This level also includes:

- One with a twin/full bunk plus twin trundle
- One with two sets of twin bunk beds
- Smart TVs in both bedrooms

Main Floor | Open-Concept Living & Forest Views

The main level is accessible via interior stairs or a separate front entry with stairs leading to the driveway. This floor features a stunning open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area with soaring knotty pine ceilings and an abundance of windows that fill the space with natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a large quartz-topped island with seating for four and a main sink, plus a second prep sink in the counter space. Guests will find ample storage, a new refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave, and dishwasher. All cookware, utensils, and dishware are provided, along with complimentary coffee and tea.

The kitchen flows into a spacious living area featuring new leather sofas, comfortable chairs, and a striking 60” linear electric fireplace—perfect for gathering with family and friends. A large smart TV is mounted above the fireplace for easy viewing.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers a large table seating 8–10 guests and overlooks the deck. Ceiling fans provide comfort year-round.

Upstairs, the loft level offers a spacious and inviting private bedroom featuring a queen bed, seating area, dresser, smart TV, and an open closet for storage. Adjacent to the bedroom is a stylish half bath with a skylight, filling the space with natural light.

The loft overlooks the main living area below and boasts large windows with peaceful wooded views, creating a bright and airy retreat. A cozy seating area and a desk with chair are also available—perfect if you must squeeze in a little work while enjoying your getaway 😊

Outside & Other Amenities | Sauna, Firepit & Forest Setting

A-Frame of Mind is perched atop a small hill, surrounded by peaceful woods and open space, offering privacy and a true Northern Michigan feel. The driveway is steep and can be slippery in winter, so 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended during snowy conditions.

At the top of the driveway, guests will find a firepit with chairs conveniently located just across from the deck—perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. Just steps away is the Finnish-style barrel sauna, a guest favorite and especially incredible during the winter months.

The property offers plenty of parking with a spacious circular drive, making it easy to accommodate multiple vehicles.

Also....you’ll have complimentary access to the indoor pool / hot tub at Schuss Village as well as the pools at the Lakeview Hotel only minutes away.

For skiing, the lifts at Schuss Mountain are a 2-minute drive away. After a day on the slopes, enjoy a cold beer and warm atmosphere at Ivan’s slope-side lounge. For even more skiing terrain, try Boyne Mountain - about a 35 minute drive away.

For dining, you can:

Take a short drive to Schuss Village, Summit Village or Cedar Village for dinner.

Another quick drive takes the family to historic Bellaire, with attractions like Short’s Brewery, Bellaire Bar, Toonie’s Fish & Steakhouse, and a host of other quaint shops and restaurants.

The River Bistro at Cedar River Village and the Lakeview at Summit mountain (which overlooks Lake Bellaire) offer fine dining opportunities.

For a modest daily fee, you can use the Summit Village health spa and workout facilities
