"What a gorgeous place! This house has everything you could want and more for a Northern Michigan experience. We loved the "local, northern themed" goodies. Quiet, private, wooded location but still close enough to surrounding attractions, dining etc. Very clean, comfortable, up to date appliances and decor. We wish we could have stayed longer. Would be perfect for a couple small families.Communication with Jennifer was pleasant and she responded quickly.We didn't end up using the pool/hot tub pass but that area is also nice.Plenty of parking.We will be checking availability for the next time we are visiting the area for sure!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The property is absolutely beautiful—incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Maureen was a fantastic host who communicated perfectly from start to finish; she was so accommodating and always easy to reach. Even though the weather didn't cooperate and it rained, the house was so cozy and comfortable that we were able to just relax and make the absolute best of our time. Thank you, Maureen, for being such a wonderful host!"

"I really liked the cabin's location in the woods and how it was set up. It was actually pretty roomy for being just over 1000 sq ft. The view was awesome, and it was super close to a river where you could fish or just chill and listen to the water. It was such a peaceful spot. The only downside was the shower knob. Getting the hot water to work was a bit of a gamble. If you turned it too far left, it'd go from hot to cold like it was broken, but we figured it out and managed to get warm to hot showers. I'd definitely recommend bringing your own pillows. The ones there had a bit of a smell, so we had to cover them with towels to avoid that weird odor while sleeping. Other than that, renting a cabin for the first time was a great experience!"

"Had a great time with the Family. The house was clean and ready to spend a weekend in. Plenty of beds and plenty of space in the open layout for decent size family gatherings. One room had bunk beds which were nice for kids with a little play closet with a net to climb on and foot/hand holds on the wall for climbing. Nice view of Clam Lake and enjoyed fires by the lake. The 2 showers were nice which made it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning. Over all worth the money for the stay and would stay again. "
