Fantastic 3-bedroom house on the Back 40 Mountain bike trail system

Located 1 block from the Razorback Paved bicycle trail . This house also affords access for all bicycling activities on the Back-40 trail system which is 1 black away as well. It is close to the Gear Garden a hub for mountain biking in the area. There is a public pickleball court within walking distance. Metfield Golf course is also a block away
