Welcome to our cozy outdoor retreat, perfect for families and adventure lovers. Enjoy bike-in/bike-out trail access, a short drive to the new OZ Trails bike park with lift access, plus nearby hiking and golf. After a day outside, unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the cozy fire pit.

House Rules:
- Quiet hours: 10pm - 7am
- No smoking: fees apply for violation
- Please don't park on the grass or on the street
-Trash day is Wednesday. Our neighbor will be take care of the trash
- Pets: under 80lb, max 1, no cats
- Pet fee applies
- Must be on the leash outside
- Pets can be attached to the specially provided rope outside. A sliding line and carabiner are provided. Must still be supervised when attached.
- Pets must be disclosed
- No pets on furniture
- Must be always supervised and, if not, must be in their kennel.
- Additional fees apply for any destruction.
- Septic system: only toilet paper can be flushed; no grease, no food waste, no feminine products, etc.
- Registered guests only.
- Follow hot tub rules. Children must be supervised.
- Violation fees apply for any bodily fluids left on floor, furniture, linens ect
