Peaceful and cute place to stay in a great location
Definitely a great spot hidden away. Not too far from any place you want to go. The trail behind seemed to have grown out, but it was very tranquil sitting outside and enjoying the nature. Would visit again.
We enjoyed this house for our short stay in Bella Vista & plan to be back to stay longer.
Nice wooded area neighborhood felt private yet easy to get to trails, restaurants, stores & sites.
Love this area in all 4 seasons & I'm sure this house would accommodate for all 4 !
This property is updated, super clean and convenient to everything in Bella Vista. We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio at the end of the day and listening to the birds sing and fireflies light up! Management company was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.
Cabin/rental was located near amenities and bike trails. Extremely well cleaned and maintained with all needed furnishings. Communication with property manager was on point throughout our booking, check-in, stay and check-out. A+
The house was emasculate. We were up to visit family and its location was perfect. It had obviously been recently renovated and was very cozy. Quiet neighborhood. I saw deer every day we were there!
We arrived during some near record rainfall in the BV and surrounding areas and ended up hunkered in at this place longer than excepted during our stay. We had ample space for relaxing and meals. Something to note would be the grill is charcoal and the fireplace is wood and if planning or able to use these you’d need to supply charcoal and wood for both! The garage space worked well for swapping tires that we sliced on some of the Blowing Spings trails!
House very clean and pretty but we lost wifi for 5 days and no tv. The furniture nice but very low and hard to get out of for tall people and seniors. Ovèrall nice place to stay.
The house fit our needs perfectly. It was great having a garage. We were so busy biking we were not able to use the fire pit, but it's a nice option. Bring your own grill if you like grilling. All in all the house was a perfect biking base camp for our mtb adventure. Thank You!!!
The house was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and near enough to Bentonville. Kitchen had the basics for cooking. Enough hot water for 2 showers - you'll need to spread showers out if you come with 4 people. Exterior decks/furniture were heavily coated with pollen & tree debris. We cleaned them ourselves and notified the property manager that this should be a normal part of make-ready. Property manager was extremely responsive throughout our stay.
Though we aren’t cyclists, we found ourselves enjoying the property’s charms. It was windy and cooler than the forecast beforehand but we did get to do some stargazing like the big city can’t provide. Durning the day we enjoyed the various breeds of birds. My wife was able to chat with a small Blue Jay by repeating the whistles. Don’t be surprised if you can’t get the same response from them, Rhonda has an affinity with wildlife. There are a lot of to do’s in and round the area. It was also cool to go to a Missouri store for groceries just to say we were there. I hope to come back.
Great stay in a spot close to everything our family wanted. Hiking/biking on trails, lakes, waterfalls, and a cool downtown nearby! This house had everything we needed and we hope to come back someday.
The wife and are looking to relocate after retirement in abt Bella Vista was on our list. We are also trying out a two bedroom 2 bath house which we plan on buying.
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was spacious inside and out and had all the amenities to make our stay super enjoyable. The use of the garage was wonderful! We had a secure place to keep our bikes. When we come back we will book here again.
This property is in a quiet neighborhood. Little to no traffic going by. We were able to get most anywhere in between 5-20 minutes. It has everything we needed. We will stay here again.
We enjoyed staying at this property. Agree with previous reviews, upgrades to home were very nice, laundry and garage (for bike and car storage) were great, trail to tweedy bird was too steep for us, so we drove to that trailhead. Location was very good for going into Bentonville or other surrounding area. Communication with property manager was great. Highly recommended.
This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac at the top of a mountain in the Ozarks. The sunsets are spectacular from either the front or back patios! The interior of the home has been fully renovated and is just beautiful! Kitchen has a nice selection of cookware, dishes, and silverware for preparing meals or for bringing in meals from local restaurants. The beds were super comfortable, as was the spacious couch in the living room! Additionally, there’s a full sized garage, a large patio with a table, umbrella, and 4 chairs, AND a fire pit behind the house that was perfect on a chilly night!! This was my first time to stay in a VRBO home on a trip rather than a hotel, but I’m so glad I did!! The price was very affordable; we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves in lovely surroundings; and we had a quick response from Stephanie with the management company when a minor repair was needed during our stay! This is a fabulous location for a relaxing getaway, and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!!
We enjoyed our stay at this property and appreciated the updated features throughout the home. It was very clean and in a quiet residential location on a cul-de-sac on the side of the mountain close to Lake Windsor. It has blinds and/or curtains throughout for additional privacy. There is lake access down the road a little ways if you get a guest pass. You could launch your own boat or kayak there, but you can also rent from the marina on the neighboring lake. We hiked Tanyard Creek Trail nearby, enjoyed Crystal Bridges Art museum, had fun in downtown Bentonville, and kayaked the Elk River during our stay. If you enjoy biking, there are trails all around including the one that goes through the backyard.
While the home was mostly comfortable, we did find the master bed to be much too firm. That’s an individual preference, so it may be fine for others but is firm enough that you should know ahead of time. The back deck could use some improvements, but it does provide a place to sit and look at the stars. Overall, a very nice stay.
