- The caddyshack is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse that sits in a quiet neighborhood. We are just yards from the back 40 bike tails, golfing or you can be in Bentonville within minutes to enjoy Crystal Bridges or Bentonville's numerous bike trails. We offer a split bedroom floor plan with ensuite bathrooms. Across the back of the home is a sunroom with a bed swing and numerous games to keep the family entertained. The property has a private deck that overlooks the golf course.
