"My wife and I stayed for 5 of the 6 nights. Place was really cute and private. The communication with the host was excellent. The loft was much smaller than the pictures as we could not use it for the two of us. The couch and fold out mattress were very uncomfortable. Host was great."

"Amazing rental. We rented the property for a guys golf trip to Bella Vista and it worked PERFECT for the trip. The different deck levels were great for a large group of guys and we also cooked many of our meals on the deck.The house was comfortable and fully stocked and we also enjoyed the game room and the second kitchen.We will definitely rebook this property for our future trips."

"Love the property. This was a girl's trip. Everything is beautifully decorated in the house, like I did not want to leave my bedroom. It was the best sleep I have had in years. My girlfriends loved the shampoo and conditioner the owner supplied and they both enjoyed their rooms. You have every thing you need at the property. We loved spending time on the deck and the hot tub was clean and very enjoyable area. You have plenty of space if you bring kids for them to run around in the backyard. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The owner even shipped TP to the house so we didn't run out. We had a wonderful time in the outdoors and all the restaurants. Ladies eat the Lady Slipper it won't disappoint. We would hands down rent this house again. The owner has spent a lot of time on the hoise to ensure you have a nice stay."

"If we could rate the place 6 stars for cleanliness, we could. My wife has very exacting standards and is almost NEVER perfectly satisfied - but she was blown away. James & Jae make it very easy to check in and strike the right balance of making sure your needs are met while also giving you space - it's easy to think you're alone on the lake. The photos do not do the views justice, their overlook on the lake is STUNNING, and they provide plenty of access to the water, as well. I had a wonderful early morning kayak on our last day. Our only disappointment is that the place was already booked when we began planning our next trip to Bentonville!"
