"Blood stains, yellow stains, and holes in the bed covers. When we pulled back the blankets (with the hotel front desk guy in the room with us) there was literally lose dirt in the bed. He said the cleaning staff was new. We switched rooms and found the same conditions but also bugs in the sheets. I was so grossed out. They would not refund our room."
