The property was conveniently located near a small shopping plaza. It had a grocery store, Pizza Hit and Dairy Queen among other shops. That made it convenient to purchase snacks/drinks that we could store in the refrigerator and also use the in-room microwave. The room itself was spacious along with the bathroom. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. What I liked most is the pillow options. The pillowcases had “firm” and “soft” embroidered right on them. What I was disappointed by was the fact that the juice machine wasn’t working and there were no alternatives provided. As a non-coffee/tea drinker and lactose intolerant person, it was disappointing that there was no option for a beverage.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The shuttle service was great getting us to and from the airport even at 4:30 in the morning.

We do apologize for the pool being down. Unfortunately when it comes to pool repairs you are at the mercy of the company providing the service, when they call and say they can get you in you take the spot after waiting for months to get this repair done. Convenient to airport!!
We stay here every single year (first week of December) before our annual Big Sky ski week. They always have the Christmas decorations up and ready for our visit. The breakfast is great, the lobby fireplace inviting, and the bedding is premium quality. These are just a few things that keep us coming back!
