The Hall, set over three floors, consists of a kitchen with electric catering ovens and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwashers, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for twenty guests, a drawing room with TV and open fire, a lower-ground-floor entrance hall with sitting area and open fire, a first-floor galleried landing with sitting area and open fire, and a large orangery. The bedrooms consist of two king-size with en-suite bathroom, five king-size with en-suite bathroom, a double, and two twins with en-suite shower rooms, along with a bathroom and three cloakrooms. Outside there is a patio area with furniture and barbecue, shared surroundings grounds with lawns, woodland and lakes, and ample parking is available. Within 2 miles there is a shop and within 1.9 miles, a pub. Sorry, no pets or smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Hall is a charming base for your Northumberland escape.



The Neighborhood:

The picturesque Northumberland village of Belford lies in the heart of Heritage countryside, midway between the popular walled towns of Alnwick and Berwick-upon-Tweed. The pretty coastal village of Bamburgh, with its sweeping beaches and dramatic castle, is only a short drive away. Belford itself is an old coaching village with a pleasant square and offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. It is ideally placed for exploring the Northumbrian Coastal Route, Cheviots, the renowned Northumberland Coastline and the Scottish Borders. The opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from nearby Seahouses, is not to be missed. Alternatively check the tide times and cross to Holy Island to visit the historic Lindisfarne Priory.
