Everything about this property was extremely fantastic! But honestly the best thing about this place is experience and the reason for that is because of the people that work there I stayed there for one week and I felt like they were part of my family when I left the people that work in a restaurant people who work in the lobby so accommodating and so friendly to me just like all the people in Beirut! Thank you so much for everything!

Everything was good except for the breakfast. It was very poor and not worthy of the money we had paid. Also, we had to ask for amenities.

From the moment we checked in until we checked out the experience was rather nice and very professional. The room we were generously upgraded to was beautiful and the front desk employee - Ramez - was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the hotel and their rooftop restaurant.

Was very nice, I booked room without breakfast while checking out Mr. Naji from sale departament was at front desk and he deducted the breakfast from invoice considering my booking as BB. I thank Mr. Naji and all hotel staff they are wonderful and too much kind and friendly.

Location was amazing. Beautiful view of the Jounieh Bay and Harissa from their rooftop pool. Restaurant conveniently located on the Rooftop with great food for lunch dinner and breakfast.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The waiters at the restaurant played with my kids as well. I would definitely come back again. The pool is clean but deep so bring floaties. The food is perfect and a good price. Also the penthouse was very clean and beautifully designed.

Nice clean hotel close to Byblos and Beaches
If you are looking for a quite, clean, high end with the feel of home place to stay while in lebanon, the Monte Cassino is it...the staff ranging from the owner to the housekeeping are all very professional, welcoming, helpful, and provide excellent customer service. All areas of hotel are extremely clean. The roof top pool has an amazing view. The food is delicious. The hotel also serves as a nice weekend getaway as the SPA staff are excellent and provide impeccable professional service.

Nice Hotel Next to Casino Du Libon
Very nice, modern hotel overlooking Bay Of Jounieh. Good ocean views from most rooms. Rooms are modern, comfortable and quiet. Room are not huge but adequate. Excellent and attentive staff serving exception continental breakfast that included everything you could want. We ate lunch at the hotel and the food was excellent and far above average. The hotel's location is excellent for its proximity to Jounieh, Byblos - 15 minutes by car, Batroun - 30 minutes by car and Beirut - 45 minutes by car with little traffic, but there are no places to walk around the Hotel, so you must take taxis or have a car to get around. There is plenty of easy parking in front of hotel and its located a few hundred yards from highway making it easy to find your way.

Best hotel staff and service in Lebanon
A part of a 10 day Lebanon family trip. This hotel was over the top when it came to service and hospitality. Not much to do around the hotel although I sneaked into neighboring Dona Maria for a beer by the pool 😀 A short taxi ride from supernice Byblos. The hotel was by far the best we experienced in Lebanon. The rooms were one of the nicest I have experienced around the world. However what really made it was the people serving in this hotel - from Mary in the reception to the super friendly staff in restaurant. Friendly, attentive and always smiling. Highly recommended!
