As a solo female traveller I felt that the hotel was very secure as it had: Keycards and lift access were locked to your hotel room’s floor Police available on site near lift near concierge Cons 🚫: I want a daily turn down service but I was woken up with knocking, phone ringing, or my room was entered while I was in there by housekeeping despite having my DND turned on. The room was unacceptable: old, with ripped wallpaper, peeling paint, non working AC (the hotel wasn’t able to fix it and suggested to keep windows open), dated furniture, signs of heavy wear and tear everywhere, stained carpet with holes. The mattress was extremely firm. The bedding was clean. They supplied plenty of bottled water. "
