宾馆位置导航不是很好找，因为没有在临街位置，但是很安静，房间很大,床上用品很干净，舒适，卫生间用品也很好。宾馆楼下有二个咖啡厅，一个711，下楼几十米就有地铁，很方便

This is not a five star hotel

The hotel is quite outdates. Carpet is dirty, has garbage left on the floor for 4 days. Room safe doesn't work, no heat for the first few days.

位置極好的酒店

酒店就在地鐵站出口，非常方便。酒店本身位處在市中心，位置極佳。飯店設施一般，網速不快，偶爾會卡會掉線。房間算大。酒店旁的辦公大樓裡有星巴克。

ロケーションと部屋が最高

地下鉄の駅のすぐ隣でロケーションが最高です。お部屋もゆったりしていて高級感があり、大変清潔です。 北京の高級感のあるホテルであるだけに、レセプションの方々が軒並み英語が苦手という事には少々驚きました。しかしながら、熱心に対応してくださる方も多く、全体的な印象はよかったです。中にはレセプションに立っていらっしゃりながら、チェックインもチェックアウトの処理もできず、荷物の預かりや受け渡しも両替もできず、長い列に並んだ挙句、自分では対応できないからまた別の列に並び直すよう指示されるレセプションの方もいらっしゃり、他のお客さんたちもかなり怒らせていました。お部屋やホテル自体は素晴らしかったのですが、スタッフさんには少々がっかりさせられる事が何度かありました。

Nice higher end hotel in Beijing

Check in was smooth, they required a damage deposit which they actually charged through then refunded during check out. WIFI was free but it waz very spotty and many sites like Facebook and instagram were blocked perhaps by the country? I was surprised when I entered the room, it was very spacious and bright. Nice glass desk and work station. King size bed was very comfortable. Kettle and instant coffee and tea. 2 complementary bottled water was a nice touch. Bathroom was also very spacious and nice, separate large tub and shower. The shower have a rain shower head and a spray head, the rain shower doesn't work very well with the tight shower space and the spray head although adjustable was a little awkward to use. Housekeeping service was very good. Check out was smooth. A bit on the pricey side, but will probably stay here again because of the location was convenient for my visiting purpose.

Nice place, but some staff don't speak english.

Nice staff, but they don't speak english so well, but they always trying to be helpful. We had breakfast (which was not included in the room price), however on checkout they forgot to charge us the price. We tried to tell them that we had had breakfast, but they just told us we were done with the checkout... So we left for the airport. Thus after we left, we got a call and had to transfer the money to them via Wechat...

The temperature of air-con is a bit hot inside the guest room and it is hard to tune it down.

Do not stay here if you don't speak Chinese!

DO NOT stay at this hotel if you are a Westerner or if you don't speak Chinese. The English language skills of the entire staff is entirely inadequate, and you will not be able to accomplish anything without a lot of difficulty and wasted time. The rooms are very nice and the overall conditions are great. The breakfast is a bit disorienting but plentiful. The dinner buffet is excellent and well priced. But the lack of English speaking staff disqualifies this hotel for anyone who is not a Chinese speaker. Also they say "airport shuttle". But this translates into "We will call a taxi for you to go to the airport." Every interaction with staff was aggravating and time consuming. Not their fault, they just don't speak English. If you are a Westerner, spend the extra money to stay at a business class hotel where they speak English and can take care of your needs promptly.

部屋はとてもよいが周りは不便。

フロントの方の対応がトータルで残念でした。何度か用事と∩(　´Α｀)に行きましたが、いずれもいまいちでした。英語があまり通じないこともとても驚きました。 ホテルの周りがすごいおおどおりのため何もなくてとても不便でした。 コンビニ、ちょっとした、レストランもなにもありません。

The stay was ok but not worth the money staff hardly speak any English I had to change the room twice Air conditioning is not working the room is boiling no one seems to know how to reduce the temperature wifi is very bad Will never stay in again

โรงแรมติดสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินเลย เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้กับซีเหมิน ซึ่งถ้าขึ้นที่สถานีซีเหมินจริงๆต้องต่อคิวนานมาก มาขึ้นสถานีนี้ติดกับโรงแรม คนน้อย เดินทางสะดวกกว่า ห้องพักสะอาดดีแต่เก่าไปหน่อย บริการดี แต่ไม่มีอาหารเช้า
