"Wenn die Unterkunft bei Anreise sauber wäre, der Schmutz unter dem Sofa und in allen Räumen Staub auf den Möbeln,und Dreck auf den Böden und Ecken entfernt worden wäre .Der Wintergarten nutzbar und sauber wäre. Könnte man die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Wenn eine Grundreinigung bezahlt werden muss, sollte sie auch erledigt werden bevor Gäste kommen.Auch eine geforderte Enegiepauschale von 124€ ist total überzogen, es wurde gerade mal für 30€ Wasser und Strom verbraucht. Das ganze sollte doch...

"Uncomfortable beds, room was vaguely clean but still lots of cobwebs. Front desk tried to get me to pay for the room again even though it had been paid for through Expedia. This happened several times despite Expedia calling the front desk - eventually it was sorted, but it took a lot of my time chasing it. To be clear, the Expedia support was very good - it was the hotel that was the problem. Breakfast is poor (for the price). I would not stay here again."
