You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Individual villa with garden and splendid 6 people only 1 Km. from the beach.

Its location is ideal for maximum tranquillity and allows not having to take the car. You can walk to the beach and shopping. You only need to take the car if you want to visit other villages in the area. There are several terraces distributed in different directions that let to choose shade or sun in any moment and total privacy.
There is a large terrace with BBQ to enjoy outdoor meals. There are sea views from all points of the house and its terraces, a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Medes Islands.

The outdoor terrace invites to cook and dine al fresco while enjoying the views at any moment of the day.
Built on two floors. Stepped path to the house. At an elevation of one floor is the entrance to the house .
Inside the front door is a staircase down to the bedroom level and another up to the main living space. On the lower level, there are three double bedrooms, . There are also two bathrooms .
On the upper level there are beautiful sea views. The kitchen has access to the extensive back terrace and outside dining area. . The living room with spectacular sea views is spacious and leads to the sea view terrace and the garden.

Tax on stays in tourist establishments NOT INCLUDED (€ 1 per day and person over 17 years old, max.7 days). Subject to variation according to current regulations.

  • This was one of my favorite spots in Spain. It has clear blueish-green water and was great for swimming and jumping off the rock in front. There is a small cave in the far back corner on the beach which has many mosquito's at night (bummer). This photo was taking in the morning before it got over populated with naked Spaniards swimming and playing ping pong on the beach. I would come here again I had a great time and camped 2 nights on the beach. The location of the beach is the closest I can do but it is referred by the locals as (Platjanudista).#Beach

maison agréable

maison agréable à vivre pour deux avec très belle vue mais difficile d'accès, l'escalier d'accès à la maison est très abrupte, pas facile de monter les valises et les courses. Quand à se passer de la voiture, non. La maison est au calme mais loin de tout à pied

Charmante alte Villa mit Raum für Rückzug und familiäre Begegnungen

Insgesamt ein besonderer Ort, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man bereit ist, gewisse Mängel in Kauf zunehmen, wie z.B. eine Toilette für 6 Personen, lohnt sich ein Ferienaufenthalt aufgrund von Lage, guter Erreichbarkeit von Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (besser mit Auto als zu Fuß), Meerblick auf der großen Terrasse und Gesamtatmosphäre. Technische Mängel konnten Mithilfe der betreuenden Agentur gut behoben werden. Wir haben die Ferien genossen.
