"Literally perfect location steps from Grindelwald train station and directly across the street from the bus station. The staff was wonderful from check in to restaurant. My daughter injured her hand during a bike ride and they provided a huge bag of ice for her. The stay came with a free bus pass and discounts for different excursions cable cars and Glacial canyon. The restaurant has a great menu as well. The room was a little hot but they provided a fan which helped. We would definitely stay here again."

"The staff were amazing!!! The housekeeping team put my daughter toys in an amazing display made her happy and created a wonderful family memory. We are so grateful and we will be back for sure. The staff made the experience wonderful!!!!"

"Restaurant was reasonably priced and good. System was well-organized; staff was friendly; and there is a playground next door. I did not have a chance to try the breakfast since needing to leave early. The beds were rather firm. And the bathroom door gives a truly cultural experience to family-style (clear on bottom and does not completely separate the rooms but is sufficient). Otherwise, it is perfect and would be 5 stars."
