Barry and Jackie are very friendly and have a really warm welcome. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and extremely luxurious and comfortable. We were also pleased that there was a large safe and secure garden for the children to play in

This lovely barn conversion is set in a spectacular location where you can look straight out onto a lovely garden with uninterrupted views of the beautiful marshland beyond. Jackie and Barry were superb hosts sharing their knowledge of the local area which was very welcome. The Barn itself was equipped to the highest standard with quality fixtures and fittings and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. We enjoyed everything about our holiday in this fabulous place and will definitely return, thank you Barry and Jackie.Kind regards to you both

Sympathetically restored barn building, with premium fixtures and fittings, including a log burner, which both adds to the ambience but also creates a lot of heat if needed in additional to the underfloor heating. The twin beds in the 'mezzanine' space offered the flexibility to use the property for 2 or 4 people - our 2 teenage children loved sleeping up there.Location is literally off the beaten track, with stunning views over the fields from the comfort of inside the property, with or without the bifold doors open, or from the private seating space available just outside. There is also a large enclosed garden to the rear, with seating and games available to use (e.g. swingball, cricket). The 'Welcome Pack' was generous, with fresh bread, milk, eggs, as well as crisps and cookies. Hosts Barry and Jackie live onsite in their own property, were very welcoming and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great stay with them.Over the weekend we took advantage of a walk to Waveney Marina, went to see the seals at Horsey, sailed to Beccles and then had fish and chips at Pakefield with a walk on the beach to Lowestoft.A great time away and we would have no hesitation in returning.
