Property itself not too bad our visit was in hot summer month ..there is no AC it was 35+ degrees inside the room it didn't even have a fan ..I tried to open the balcony door and bed room window which I couldn't because of the mosquitoes it does not even have mosquito screens on doors and windows .. called the customer support number and asked for a fan I could use the lady put me on hold for 45 minutes and hung up very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great weekend at Big White. Our suite met all our needs: lots of beds, the kitchen is well equipped, the location is ideal. Also, we found the Rent Chalet website and app to be very user friendly and easy to use.
