"The room was very clean and staff were incredibly kind and helpful with anything we needed. Location is ideal, close to all the stores, activities and restaurants in the village, no car needed whatsoever. Several nights we were able to pick up food at a nearby restaurant and bring it back to the hotel to eat as it was so close! Parking was included and met expectations. Our only complaints were minimal. First, the wifi which is included in your stay, had to be reconnected often, sometimes multiple times per day having to re enter the information (room number, last name, hotel name). Otherwise the wifi was decent. However, when signing in to wifi it offers an option of I believe $15 per night in order to be able to access YouTube and Netflix on your tv. Since the TV clearly had the capabilities, and we were paying a decent price for the room, it would have been appreciated to have this service included in the stay. This was off putting. The second concern was the jets in the hot tub were only half functional, we had to move around the hot tub to try and find a jet that worked, and was even harder to find 2 jets next to each other as we were there as a couple. Other than that, the only thing I would suggest would be to have breakfast included every morning with your stay. Overall, would absolutely recommend!"

"It’s always nice to be treated by the front office staff and be remembered, Check in is easy and informative. Parking is great, lots of space. Our favourite groundsman Ian is always a pleasure and informative as well as helpful. Always look forward to our stay. They could use two more umbrellas at the adult pool and a few lounge cushions missing.Rooms always clean and see that upgrades are constantly being done. Some of the guests don’t understand adult hot tub for adults and a kind reminder by staff took care of the noise and crowding. The screen doors a little squeaky and tend to slam when people forget others are below other than that a great place to stay."
