"The cabin is brand new and very modern. The location is beautiful and remote. The bed was very comfortable, and the in-floor heat made the temperature cozy and not drafty in negative degree weather. The host leaves a nice note and basket of treats for the guests. While I tend to bring most of what I need with me, in an emergency I noticed the cabin has many items you could forget. i.e. q-tips, body wash, shampoo, coffee filters, olive oil, spices, etc... I think this belongs to the owners so again, didn't use them, but they're available in a pinch. The driveway is a full U-shaped in-and-out style, great for potential trailers pulling snowmobiles/motorcycles. Just overall, a pleasant place to come home to after a long day of riding. Great stay. "Perfect location and amenities with lakefront privacy. This stay had all of the things needed for a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Landings for Lake Chippewa, downtown and great dining options were all within a 20 minute drive. Ample firewood was provided, quick communication from the owner and all in all a perfect getaway.
