"This is a well located hotel. Easy walking distance from almost everything to see in Asheville. My only quibble is with an erroneous charge on my bill for some “suite shop misc” which I did not authorize. I knew we would get a parking bill but we didn’t get any extra food or sundries from the hotel. When I tried to call the number on the bill as we were on the highway heading to RDU airport, it was not a functioning number. A bit irritating but the stay overall was fine."

"Lovely home. Very close to Asheville and many yummy restaurants, Grove Park Inn, Biltmore. When needing missing floor and kitchen towels, they were promptly provided. Fridge filter needed to be changed. Wish there were more hair dryers. Only one provided. "
