We love Summit Life Cabin
This is our second visit to Summit Life cabin and it was another perfect trip! Fresh powder from a storm gave us epic boarding conditions once again. This house has all the amenities to make you feel at home. Thanks for all the fun!

Very bad experience
Staying at this cabin during New Year was an awful experience for us. The cabin's living room and dining room are extremely small, and the listing's photos are very deceptive. We had to take turns to eat due to not enough space at the dining table. You can fit only about 5 people at the time in the living room. They don't even have 12 spoons, but the cabin is rentable to 12 people. We found dog p**p in the ski room upon our arrival and the outside grill was filthy, so we spent 1 hour cleaning it before we were able to use it. The coffee machine broke, and the host said she couldn't replace it during our stay due to cabin being in a "remote" location. We had to drive 3 hours back and forth to Cedar City and purchase one as all adults were coffee drinkers. On December 31 the water shut off for a few hours only to find out that they had an automatic system that turns the water off, that they "forgot" to cancel it while we were there. The communication with the host was very disappointing. Would not recommend this place.

We apologize again that the Keurig stopped working during the renters stay. I did communicate via text and by phone that we could provide a new coffee pot with filters and grounds in a 3 hr period and renter declined stating they had already purchased Keurig pods and the men wanted to take a drive. Renter provided receipt for new Keurig and was reimbursed in full. As for the water shutting off, the emergency safety system installed in the cabin was alarmed due to the high amount of water used in a short period of time and it shuts off on its own. We can’t dismiss the alarm before hand. Again, we apologize for you being without water for 1 hr 15 minutes. Renter communicated well during their stay. Our only complaint is that they left the cabin in a mess, food in fridge/freezer and cupboards and left 4 bags of trash for cleaners to remove. Sanitary services are not available for residential homes and renters have to haul their own garbages to the nearest dumpsters. We would not rent to this renter again.

Christmas vacation
We had a great time at eagle point resort. Staying at the cabin made it so easy to access the lifts. I would recommend to anyone! Julie was easy to access with questions and we hope to stay here again.

When can we go again!!!
Owner is helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Expectations were clear and fair. Beautiful property and stocked with everything you need, including thoughtful extras like zip lock bags, napkins, shampoo, etc. Cabin was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunks and loft in the basement. Although it was summer and we didn’t need it… the ski room is genius! Everyone asked when we were coming back!! Definitely a great place to stay.

This home is great! It is beautiful and exactly all that the listing said! We had a wonderful time staying here for a weekend of skiing, sledding and relaxing! Beautiful cabin
What a restful retreat right on the mountain slopes. We loved walking from this gorgeous cabin to the slopes everyday. It accommodated our family of teenagers and my sister’s family of young children perfectly. The owners were great communicators and the entire experience was so easy. Highly recommend this home!

Phenomenal ski experience
We stayed at the cabin for a two day ski trip. This cabin is perfect! You can hop right on the cat track behind the cabin to connect to Skyline (just one east road crossing). The ski room was very convenient. Well organized cabin and very comfortable. Julie is very responsive and helpful.

Absolutely fabulous home
This home is amazing. It’s 3 levels so there is privacy for multiple families. The house is equipped with absolutely everything you need from cooking to a full size washer and dryer. Julie and Colton checked on us to see if we needed anything during a snow storm. The house is right on the slopes for snow skiing. Our experience was 1st class from booking to checkout. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Great house and great ski weekend.
Our family stayed for a long weekend of skiing, and loved the ski in ski out access and the brand new house. Plenty of room for two families with kids!

Great ski weekend
Had the best time with our family skiing for the weekend. House was just as expected and very clean had plenty of room for everyone. It was easy access to the slopes and loved the ski gear room! We had a fresh foot of snow during our stay so it made for a great couple days on the slopes and sledding in the evening!

Everything we hoped for!
We came down to Eagle Point to teach half my family to ski, and to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. We wanted a place that allowed family spacing and privacy while still allowing a communal place to gather/eat/play. This home hit the mark. My kids mentioned each morning how comfortable the beds were, how functional and comfy the bathrooms and individual rooms were. We did a lot of cooking and eating and the large table fit us all easily, and there was not one utensil missing that we wanted to utilize. The ski room and dryers were perfect and allowed us to keep our ski mess centralized. This home is on the opposite side of the road from the main ski runs. It is ski in, but this year’s meager snowfall has the connect in rough condition. Our majority green hill novice skiers only used it once and then elected to use a truck to get to and from the resort. The owners suggested we drop off and pick up just up the road in the cul de sac and this worked perfect. Not as convenient but a great work around that we exploited to the fullest! This will be our go to home for future trips. We keep looking back with huge satisfied smiles on our weekend here.

Beaver Mtn Retreat
We spent 4 days in this amazing property. We had a great experience getting out of town for some cool summer days. The home is very well equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. We used the propane barbecue grill daily. There were a few hiccups with power and internet while we were there, but the owner responded quickly and helped to work through all concerns. I recommend this as a great place for families.
