These guys are renovating the building which is good thing. The bad thing is to offer dusty and noisy rooms to your guests during the process, the breakfast was so limited and poor quality. the only positive thing in my experience the room was spacious. Don’t recommend visiting this place until they are done with renovation and offer a proper meal in the morning

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we can not close the whole property while renovations are happening. Renovations are messy that is why we are working extra hard to make sure the floor the guest are staying on is cleaned thoroughly and kept away from the remodeling is going on. During check in, we inform all our guest that our breakfast is a grab and go. We are working on a bigger breakfast option once the renovations are done.

The room smelt of an old smoking room . They’re under construction but there was NO lock on the back door . Security was poor. Noisy because the rooms are very close to the highway . Won’t stay here again .

Thank you for your feedback. Our entire property is non-smoking. We take that very seriously to the point that we charge people who do smoke or smell of heavy smoke a 250 smoke cleaning fee. We asks all our guest if there is in any issue with the room to please bring it up to our attention right away so we can resolve the issue. Management is on site 24/7 . We would have been happy to change rooms. As for security, we do have cameras placed all around the property and are being monitored 24/7. And as for safety, we are a very quite and safe town. There has never been any issues or complaints. Our parking lot is brightly lite and is being watched at all times.

The room was quiet. The property needs a lot of work. It has been painted but there is paint spots on the floor every where. The curtains are very old. The room was clean but very aged. Beds were clean but very uncomfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. We are working hard to get all our rooms remodeled as soon as possible. Unfortunately the people hired to paint the rooms left a mess and we have been trying to clean up as much as we can. We do hope with the rest of the remodeling we will be able to fix all the issues.

Must be a new owner. They painted the room and in the process got some paint on the rug which one realizes they hadn't cleaned the carpet in a very long time. Good location but some things they need to do to clean it up.

The price and location was great. The staff was great. The breakfast was lacking many options. Butter for waffles and fruit would be nice. Maybe eggs. The chair in our room and the lock on the door were broken.

We are sorry about your reservation. Due to renovation going on to the building, we do not want to put any children or pets in any kind of harm while we painting the rooms and the public areas. This is why we did not allow pets at the time. We are always pet friendly and welcome guest with all pets. We put our guests health and safety above all else.

The manager was very nice and helpful. She lets us keep our dog in the room until the funeral we had to go to was over. She checked on our dog to make sure he was ok. That's going above and beyond her job.

Clean and quiet, nice breakfast. We came to Beaver for the annular eclipse in Oct '23, along with hordes of other people. Despite the heavy traffic along the freeway right next to the hotel, and our room being on the freeway side, our room was incredibly quiet. Those must be some amazing windows they have installed. Nothing fancy about this place, just a clean, quiet, simple roadside hotel with a nice hot breakfast (waffles, anyway; plus cereal and sweet rolls and juice/coffee) and very friendly staff. Thanks for a great stay!

When in Beaver . . .
This hotel has seen better days. As an interstate exit hotel in the middle of nowhere, the kid working the desk was nice enough. There is no elivator to the second floor. And there are no public bathrooms on the first. They have a complementary breakfast of coffee, juice, pancakes or waffles. I expect this hotel will need a makeover sometime in the next few years.

This is just your typical Super 8 motel that was built in the 1980s and 1990s. Two stories, old carpeting, small-ish rooms. Just blah. Nothing exciting at all. I must say something about the television service, though. Each room is equipped with Directv. And not the "cheapo" service in which you only get 20-30 channels, but the real deal--about 200 channels! That was pretty awesome. Except for one thing--they bolted the Directv receiver to the wall BEHIND the countertop you place your suitcases and bags on. In other words, you could NOT change channels while laying in bed like a normal human being. Instead, you had to get up, aim the remote control through a 2-inch gap between the wooden countertop console and the wall toward that Directv receiver, and change the channel. It was a pain in the neck! So, I had to lower the overall score and let others know about this. The beds were fine. The pillows were fairly soft. Please note that all even-numbered rooms face the freeway and you might hear truck traffic all night. They do serve breakfast in the morning. The choices were: cold cereal (Frosted Flakes and Raisin Bran), coffee, milk, and waffles. That was it. We chose to get a giant cinnamon roll from the Crazy Cow restaurant that is a quarter mile down the road. There is also a Denny's adjacent to the property and a Cinnabon at the truck stop across the street. Final word--it was an "ok" place to stay. You can do better, though.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the hotel. The door locks were malfunctioning, forcing me to repeatedly visit the reception. The suite I booked turned out to be a disappointment with a filthy carpet, a disgustingly dirty sink, and non-functional lights in the king bedroom. The hotel didn't meet my expectations at all. It's clear they changed the name to hide that it's actually a Super 8 Motel. Wasn’t aware Expedia would list me Hotel such as this

Thank you for your feedback. The issues you have listed are not true. We checked the key door and it is working fine, the room and all its amenities are all working and did not to be fixed. There is always someone available on site 24/7 and no issues were brought up during our stay, or were asked about opening the room door. Yes were formally a Super 8 and we have just started the transition to the new hotel, the transition takes time, and still use the Super 8 supplies, we are not hiding any issues and are happy to help our guest, if they bring the issue to us, but there were no complaints during your stay.
