"My daughter and I stayed at Carl’s place for a few days to see the eclipse. The chalet is absolutely lovely and we loved waking up each morning to the sunrise & the trees and the view of the lake…it was magical. "We rented this house for the weekend of Snodeo in Old Forge. The house is conveniently located and is within walking distance to the restaurants and bars. We had a vendor booth at the Snodeo show so we didn't spend much time at the house but it worked out perfectly for what we needed. Communication with the host was excellent."

"This place is awesome! I feel like the pictures don’t really do it justice. The kitchen is wide open to the family room with a great island and the dining room table sits 8-10 ppl. It’s so close to town, as well, BUT it doesn’t feel like it. The property manager, Jason, was so prompt with my questions, and was a true professional. I HIGHLY recommend this sweet house!"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful getaway location and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. Despite the unfortunate closure of the trails, the location proved to be perfect for a relaxing retreat. Trailering to the top of the hill provided breathtaking views that made up for any disappointment about the trails being inaccessible from the house. One of the first things that struck me upon arrival was the cleanliness and spaciousness of the accommodations. It's always a relief when you're greeted with a clean and inviting space, especially when you're anticipating a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the property was evident and greatly appreciated. As a dog owner, I was thrilled to find out that dogs were allowed on the premises. Being able to bring along my furry companion truly enhanced the overall enjoyment of the trip. Exploring the area with my dogs by my side added an extra layer of joy to the experience. Overall, my stay at this getaway location was nothing short of fantastic. Despite the minor setback of the trails being closed, the stunning views, clean and spacious accommodations, and the option to bring along my dogs made for a memorable and rejuvenating trip.
