The building itself is a bit dated but the price is great for what you get and it’s in a nice area close to a lot of shops and restaurants in town."

"Our family all stayed at Kathy’s place to celebrate the 4th of July together. It was different than other rentals we have stayed at for we didn’t feel like renters, rather we felt like family. Kathy was extremely hospitable and made us feel extremely welcome. We were amazed at how well stocked the place was as it seemed like she had everything we could possibly need.
