The service was very good for a 3 star hotel and the amenities were good. Front desk staff and housekeeping were top notch! There were some items needing attention like the granite in my room was badly damaged (cracked in multiple places) and when i called the front desk to let them know i did not damage it- they were aware it was broken. So, no real issues other than usability and visual. WIFI was almost non-existent in my room and so i just tethered my cell phone to my laptop. however, if it would have been my work laptop i would have had to use wifi as they do not allow tethering which could have caused me some work disruption. Still a great place to stay if Beaumont is your destination.

It was okay for a night stay. The tub wasn't clean at all, and it had patched pieces for the soap dish. It also had a weird smell like gas when we turned the air conditioner on. It was very clean other the bathroom and smell. I would consider giving them another try if i ever come back.

Everything was excellent. They let me check in early, the room was immaculate and the front desk clerk was amazing. The only drawback was the access to the property; heavy construction restricted access somewhat. But that’s not the property’s fault. I will definitely re-visit the next time I’m in Beaumont.

We loved our room. It was nice to have the kitchenette. The staff was great. We had an issue one night with some guests in our hall smoking cigarettes and the smoke and smell traveled all the way down the hall. The front desk and security addressed it very well.

I, and two other patrons, waited 20 minutes at the front counter. We even called and no one answered or came to the counter. And when the lady eventually showed up, she acted as if there was nothing wrong! That’s poor service. And why would you put customers with pets on any floor but the first floor?!? Couldn’t sleep because of the barking, and there was more than one customer with a dog there last night. If a dog has to go to the bathroom, he is t waiting on the elevator to get there.

Did not get the room I booked and moved rooms 3 times. Rooms were not set up properly after renovation. Breakfast during the week was shut down early 30 min and no effort made to accommodate. The ladies at the front desk were great and the only reason I stayed at this hotel.

Awesome!!
The hotel was remodeled and was a lot better than we expected. I stayed there for an entire week and I felt safe and comfortable. The construction to get on the highway was a little annoying, but nothing unbearable. Every staff member was friendly and nice. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at 3 hotels, 1 night each. Residence Inn was good, fairly equipped, and maintained to a decent standard. . If I did not have my top choice in Beaumont available, I would choose the Residence Inn.

Very nice. Good breakfast. Only one problem there was a roche in our room!!! I killed it. They told me they were going to fumigate.
