"There was a hockey team, cheer or gymnastics team. Kids ran up and down until 1am. The pool was closed Saturday for some chemical filtering. I wanted high floor but was on 6th floor. I was on the side of a highway in which I could hear the cars. Underneath pullout couch was a sick, a cookie and other crumbs. The heating system made noise all night until I got up and turned off and then we were cold. The bartender did not know how to make a good Long Island. I had to pay $30 for 2 nights for parking. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. This was the most horrible experience I ever experienced at a Embassy hotel or any hotel. Staff should hold the customers accountable for their kids. Never again will I go to this hotel again. "

"This certain hotel was in a a business district that was in Troy it was a really nice hotel it was very clean the staff was was really kind and the breakfast was good there's a fee of 1495 if you don't include that with your with your reservations they wave that for me because I guess I didn't have that booked and they gave it to me for free they also have a bar and a restaurant that opens between 5:00 and 10:00 so that was cool to be able to go to and be able to have a couple margaritas and a southwest salad I highly recommend the Southwest sale of the chicken and it has a pool and they also have things in the lobby that you can buy like other hotels such as soda pop and and snacks and stuff like that and it's all affordable and at a real cheap price $2 for a pop that's cheaper than the gas station, the barmaid was really really cool and they gave me a little coaster that said the drinks are on me literally and the first one was on her and that was really really a surprise when she she's gave me the bill, they are really they were they were really really cool there they were fine the pool was big indoors and when I went to check out I left my sunglasses upstairs they had somebody go up there immediately and go grab them for me while my ride was waiting for me my Uber and they brought them down to me it was very nice , I would recommend this particular hotel 🏨"
