"I rented this room for a nice weekend with my nieces and nephew. I specially picked this for the pool and the gym. The gym had one broken treadmill. The pool was also closed and if I would have known this since it was listed as an amenity I would have cancelled and scheduled somewhere else. This was part of my nieces and nephews Christmas present since we live over a hour away and we’re going to an event in Detroit. Not only did the hotel charge my card 24 hours before check in, so I couldn’t cancel after finding out the pool was closed I had to quickly go and spend extra money to keep them busy and find something else to do for our special time together. I will never book through here again. "

"The breakfast was fabulous although we thought it should be open until 10 on weekends instead of 9. There was a big disturbance on the 4th floor where we were at 6:30 am and the police had to be called to kick out the people. The hallway reeked of weed when we left that morning. Super convenient location with grocery and food places nearby. "
