"Everything about our stay was great. The room was spacious and clean. The views were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again if we travel back to Isle of Skye."

"Nice hotel conveniently located about 200m from the Inverness Castle. Old style, very tight spaces. Bathroom was newly renovated and fully functional. Parking on the back. You can easily walk to the city center and the main attractions in town. Good base for exploring the area around Inverness (I went for hiking). No frills however, and the breakfast is not very good. No elevator, and stairs are a bit steep. But bed is very comfortable, bathroom is fine. Staff and the manager are very nice and helpful. Overall is a good choice, but be prepared to receive only the basic services."

"The staff were very accommodating to all of my needs. The biggest of “Thank Yous” to Preshant and Rahul who helped my first visit to Inverness be so memorable. Will definitely recommend the River Ness Hotel (Radisson). The location was perfect, the room was such a decent size, (the bed…the BED….soooo comfortable) and the staff were PERFECT!! Thank You!!"

"The hotel has recently been refurbished,. Our room was lovely—tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Although it was on the ground floor and overlooked the campsite across the road rather than having a scenic view, that didn’t detract from our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with the scrambled eggs being a particular highlight. The staff were attentive, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We only stayed for one night, but it was just what we needed. There was also plenty of parking, which was very convenient. We would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again."

"On the whole it was a good stay. But when we ate at the restaurant they included a gratuity on the bill but then asked me to press an option on the card machine as if to intend to be given another tip on top of what I already was paying for. Not great practise. We didn’t have the breakfast as I thought 16.95 was overpriced. There are cheaper options in the village."
