They showed us a route to go for a morning run, recommended a brilliant restaurant (Aster - have the aubergine it’s declicious!) and make the breakfast all by hand with local ingredients. "We had a marvellous two weeks here. The house was spacious and full of character; the views were superb; the pool was a wonderful refuge on scorching afternoons. We saw a deer behind the house on one day, and lots of birds and butterflies. The house manager was particularly friendly and helpful, and it was really hard to tear ourselves away."
