"There are NO serviettes (towels) provided, and no hairdryer, bedding very basic but beds were comfortable, shower was great, C=hot, F=cold. Nice location, me met hosts at their address and followed them to the rental by car. You will need google translate to communicate as they are very friendly but speak NO English. Hated the kettle, very complicated to operate,ended up heating a cup of water in microwave. Washing machine was handy when i found the washing line behind the house. i would go...

"Een prachtig huis op een prachtige plek. De ernorm vriendelijke en helpende eigenaresse is de kers op de taart. Zij maakte ons verblijf erg prettig, was goed in de communicatie en hielp ons met van alles en nog wat als we dat vroegen. De omgeving is heerlijk mooi, rustig en ontspannend. Voor natuur/astronomiefhebbers een prachtige plek. Een aanrader dus!!"

"La bastide Rémence est un bel ensemble rénové très confortable dans un petit hameau au coeur du vignoble de Gaillac. Nombreux points d'intérêt dans un rayon de 30mn. "The hotel was beautiful and very authentic, with lots of original features. The pool was a great facility as it was around 30 degrees when we arrived after a long journey. It was beautifully clean and had stunning views. We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the sunny courtyard. A wonderful stay!"

"A beautiful hotel with a stunning view. The pool was a lovely addition and our room was comfortable and well appointed. Our only complaint was that the bedroom was open to the sitting room and was not a true separate bedroom. This was a challenge for us as we were travelling with a 14 month old and found it hard to enjoy the patio and lovely space past her bedtime. This would not be a limiting factor for many people/families staying at this property and was specific to our needs. The kitchen was very well appointed and the shower was lovely and spa like. The owner was very helpful when our baby came down with an ear infection and provided us with the contact information for a doctor. We would definitely recommend this property to others."
