Welcome To Circa 1785 This meticulously restored home was originally built in 1785 and includes 5 individually coded guest suites. Each guest Suite features a King size Canopy Bed, marble bathroom with rain shower, sitting area and grand fireplace (not functional).

This listing is for all 5 guest suites at Circa 1785 Beauforts newest boutique hotel! Full lease out of this property includes private use of the three grand covered porches, One of which offers inter-coastal water views. Additionally the wet bar comes fully stocked with a selection of wines, bottled water, coffee and and ice.
Please note this is for the full lease out of a 5 suite hotel, there is no kitchen and limited indoor gathering space.

The grand covered porches provide intimate outdoor gathering space for guests or small events. Interested in hosting an event at the property? Please reach out before booking!

Circa 1785 Hotel

This hotel is a luxury experience!The location is great!Our host Richard was very responsive to any questions and very helpful!We all enjoyed the balcony and would happily stay again and recommend the hotel!
