The property is in a great location, The owner was easy to communicate with and everything was as expected. We stayed at this property once before and glad we chose to return!Thank you
We had a wonderful stay in the artist's townhouse. We love the walkability to all things Beaufort. We enjoyed daily morning walks through the historical part of town and our coffee on the beautiful Beaufort waterfront. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a home away from home. Highly recommend this property!
Perfect 👌 location to park the car & walk to mainly everything downtown. We loved the warm charm of your townhouse. Can't wait to visit again, would definitely stay there again.
I loved it so much that I extended my stay at the last minute. They host was wonderful and accommodating. Spacious and beautifully decorated in the historic district of the city. Enjoy.
Home was clean, comfortable and well appointed. 15-minute walk to city center and restaurants past quaint historic homes. A bargain for the location alone!
Very impressive villa full of antiques and art works. Located next to historic early 1800’s mansions. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, shopping and river walk. Convenient to wedding on Dataw.
It was in a great location, close to the shopping, grocery store, and the waterfront. It was easy to walk around and sightseeing and take a tour of the historic district if you wanted too. My family and I had an awesome time and enjoyed ourselves we were delighted to have stayed in your home.
We would definitely come back and stay at your home again if we come back to beaufort in the future.
Lovely well decorated, clean and cozy. Lots of space. Daily we waked to downtown area.
Wonderful hosts l. Safe and beautiful neighbor hood! Will definitely recommend to all.
We will return!
wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. We booked the property for a 4 night stay. We enjoyed our stay very much. The Condo was very comfortable and was exactly as listed. We were able to walk to area restaurants and shopping areas without moving the car. We enjoyed walking and taking in the beautiful charm of Beaufort. If we come back to the area we will definitely book this property again.
This property and property owner get more than 5 stars! The townhouse was so clean, very nicely furnished with extra special amenities and the owner very quickly responded to any questions. The location is great — just about a 4 block walk to downtown and riverfront where there are several restaurants with bars. Highly recommend this property. We stayed here for a month and enjoyed every minute of it!
We sure enjoyed our 2 months in this townhome with dedicated parking spaces, excellent location to downtown and the Point, very spacious and clean, and great communication with owners. Always a plus to have large washer and dryer. Liked beng right across from the Center of the Arts in order to participate in their many activities . Very quiet although on a busy street. Hope to stay there again in 2026.
Perfect spot for us to attend a conference across the way. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, and downtown. Good parking for the unit, though we got to leave our cars and enjoy Beaufort by foot most of the time. Felt quiet despite being on the main road. The accommodation was much nicer than I expected based on the pictures. Gorgeous master bedroom and bathroom, great living areas and kitchen. The guest bedroom and full bath upstairs were also great according to my roommate.
We had a fabulous stay! Pristinely clean townhouse with every amenity possible! The location was located close to everything we wanted to see! We were able to walk all over Beaufort! The first floor commode was not working when we arrived, so we simply used the 2 other bathrooms. No problem at all.
It could not have been a better place to stay.
Thank you so much for sharing your property with us !!!
This is property and it’s location is ideal for anyone wanting to feel safe, enjoy the surrounding environment and be close enough yet far enough away from the busyness. The townhome is beautifully decorated and charming as if it was your own private getaway. Beaches and all major attractions where within a 25 minute ride of each other and the property. The property is walking distance to the downtown marina and local shops which have everything you could want from antique stores to variety of restaurants and eateries along the marina and Bay Street which runs parallel to marina. I give it a 10 plus and can’t wait to come back soon like really soon.
I booked this property for a short stay in Beaufort and was pleased to stay there. The 2-story townhouse was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. The home owners use it as their own getaway place, so its furnished with comfort and livability in mind. It's large enough for 4 people, perhaps more. Although it is located on a major street, it's not noisy at night. Overstreet private parking is convenient. The townhouse is located within walking distance of many historic locations as well as restaurants and shops. The townhouse is attractively furnished but beware that it's many decor items might be too tempting to youngsters with clumsy fingers. The check-in and check-out procedures were simple and straight forward and the owners did not bother me with reminders during my stay. /well recommended.
Our first impression was a pleasant surprise, because the townhome had been decorated so nicely: varied artwork on the walls and decorated with an eclectic and interesting flare. The location was especially convenient. Once we started to settle in, though, we discovered that the place needed a good vacuuming and general cleaning. Dust was really thick along the floor edging and baseboards, and the bottom of the curtains were thick with dust. The rugs were in need of cleaning, and the wooden floors and tiled kitchen and baths were especially dirty. All the woodwork needed cleaning. I was disappointed especially with the kitchen, as I could see that cleaning needed to be done. The bannister going upstairs was actually sticky to touch. No cleaning supplies were provided, and dirty sponges were on the counter. The utility closet was filthy, as was the under kitchen sink cabinet. I was especially disappointed when I discovered roaches in the upstairs master bath, along with dead insects throughout the perimeters of the rooms, where I was compelled to vacuum thoroughly. Windows were so dirty that we refused to open them. The appeal aspect was a downer for us. I would check the drain in the kitchen, as there was a bad odor coming from the sink. So sad to experience this, as it was such a cute place.
We loved our stay at the spacious and perfectly located Townhome in historic downtown Beaufort, SC. Two bedrooms and two baths gave the two us lots of space. The huge master bedroom and ensuite bath with walk in shower made us feel like we were at home. Having two parking spaces right at our back door was great when we had a friend visit for the afternoon. Located a short walk from the waterfront for sunset walks. Made it SO perfect. Most of the restaurants, shops and ice cream were on the waterfront. The king bed was so nice and comfortable. We used the nice full size kitchen to cook breakfast most days and dinner a few nights. The den, living room and dining area were all used and enjoyed. Having a half bath downstairs and two full baths up was extra nice. We each choose a bath! We love Beaufort because of the history & friendly people. Plus the walkability allowed us to rarely move the car. The history and walking the quiet streets behind the townhouse made walking a pleasure. Beaufort’s street design makes it easy to never get lost yet try new routes. Just walk towards the river! Our hostess Linda was extremely helpful and so kind. We were running away from our home in SWFL because of the impending Hurricane Milton. We ended up needing to add two days to our stay. Linda made that so easy for us. She also paid it forward and did not charge us for the two days. Totally unexpected We were so grateful. We were able to then pay it forward to a friend who lost everything.
My husband and I loved the condo. The location was very nice! We loved walking to the historical homes and walking to breakfast every morning. The condo was great for us.
We had only a few mishaps. The King size bed mattress is worn and needs replacing. Due to the mattress, we ended up sleeping in the Queen bed in other room.
The only thing I can say negatively is the cleaning service. The kitchen was dirty. The Keurig had mold and a used k-cup was left in it. I cleaned the whole thing before we could use it. The dish towel was soured and so were the kitchen sponges. They smelled really bad and needed to be thrown away. It appeared they had not been washed from prior renters. The wooden utensils had dried egg on them from previous occupants. We did not cook in the unit, so this was not a big deal to us. The washcloths in the bathrooms needed to be bleached. They were dingy and stained. The shower curtain liner needs to be replaced. It had mildew on it.
We had everything we needed except toilet paper. We had to go buy some our first day. We will bring it next time!
Overall the condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. We did book it last minute, so maybe that is why it was not cleaned really good.
We loved the set up and having the extra bathroom was great. The living room furniture was very comfortable and it was wonderful walking to breakfast every morning followed by walking the neighborhood and seeing all of the beautiful historical homes.
