"Our booked unit had no wi-fi. We had the option to change to a unit farther away from everything & get a comped golf cart. The new unit we stayed in was fine, but there were issues with smoking neighbors and coffee pot not working. Also issues with key-pad instructions not being exactly as sent. No instructions were given as to how to get the golf-cart. The comped golf cart would hardly travel. We turned it in the next day."

"This small apartment, built on the back of a charming old Southern home in a quiet residential area, was exceptional. Clearly the host understands the value of providing every detail of good hospitality (fresh cookies to greet us, a frig filled with essentials, a bathroom with appreciated small touches, an iPad…) and high quality interior design, and cleanliness. Highly recommend to couple or solo travelers!"

"This unit is a good value for the money in a good location and was nicely updated. Proximity to beach and pools is great. A chest of drawers in the "closet" area would be a great addition. Parking was not as represented to me by the rep I spoke with at booking. There are approximately 30 Sunsuite units and only 10 adjacent unnumbered parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. "The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience.
