"This house was in a very nice area and minutes away from shopping area. We had no issues getting in the property once it was time and there was plenty of space for the group we had. 3 bedrooms were downstairs which was great for those that couldn't do stairs. I went with another company who bent over backwards to make sure I had a place to stay. I don’t recommend this host nor do I recommend VRBO it was a bad experience overall and ended up costing me double what I was going to pay."

"Half of the amenities that made it any different from a hotel or a rental that’s 60 cheaper isn’t there. It was a flat out lie. There was no “kitchenette”, walls with weird stains on them, strange smelling bath towels, no shower curtain, and an AC that wouldn't adjust. The site claimed there was a communal pool in the amenities but when we get there and see the pool, it was dirty and unavailable to swim in which was the main reason we booked in the first place. Bookings like this remind me that...
