"Poor Wi-Fi. Had to go to the lobby to get a solid connection. Breakfast was poor. Staff was pleasant when they were around. No hot water first day, after that plenty. Room was located on the street side so noisy. New room. A/C was good. Updated bath and room. No elevator when you have a 23kg suitcase. But part of the fun of traveling Europe. "

"When we arrived we were informed the hotel we made a reservation in, Cobertizo Palacio de Santa Inez, closed. They were accommodating in providing a nice room at the Rosa d’Oro a different property owned by the same company. It was a nice room but half the size of the room we reserved."

"I absolutely loved our stay at Casa del Aljarife! I can't wait to return. We were treated like queens and if we needed anything Dameon was fast to help us. The location was PERFECT!
