"Check in was seamless. Everything was great about property except the description stated an elevator and there was not one. In addition, the dishwasher did not work…did not realize this until the last day. Enough space for 7 ppl comfortably. "

"Rosemary was a lovely host--- she really took into consideration what we wanted to do on vacation-- giving plenty of recommendations for kids and adults. She included special touches for everyone. House is just as described and pool was a hit too. The beach is about a 5 minute drive (if that). Thanks Rosemary! "
"The house was very nice, comfortable, and well equipped. Lots of games and activities for kids in the home. The backyard was perfect for the kids. The community pool was very nice and distance to beach was perfect. The host was responsive and helped with our questions and concerns. "

"The community was very nice as well as the management company. The actual unit we stayed in was not well maintained. The carpets were stained and we actually would not walk in bare feet.. There was a blood stain on the carpet and bed spread. Some of the dining room chairs were falling apart. The deck off the living room needed repairs to the point we would not allow anyone to sit out there for fear of the deck collapsing. To top it all off, we could not use the pool because the owner never paid for the passes. The woman at the community center was nice enough to allow 2 of us to use the pool but we paid for a vacation for 4 and therefore could not use the pool as a family. We actually left a day early. The management company was great and is supposed to be working on a partial refund!"
