"Had a great stay here, the staff was quick and attentive during check in and helpful. There was a woman who was having issues with her reservations and the staff member was very patient and offered solutions to her booking issue. I bring this up bc the last place we stayed the worker lacked knowledge on how to help and being in the hospitality business, that has to be a must. The room was nice it was clean. There was a rooster on the other side of the fence so as you can imagine it was noisy when the slider was open. The breakfast was good- nothing fancy but also at least they use real eggs and if you’re traveling with kids, they’ll get fed. Would stay here again if we are back in the area."

"It's really hard to believe that you can walk into a Hilton Lobby and be met with stifling heat. It was a hot day outside but the lobby was worse. I asked the staff about it and they said yes the air conditioning needed to be fixed but the owners weren't going to do anything about it. The halls are hot, the elevators are hot. If they can't afford to fix the air conditioning they should at least have fans set up to keep the air moving. Fortunately my room did have air conditioning working or I would have left! I think the check-in desk should be more prominently displayed rather than a tiny store selling junk food. If the owners don't care anymore than this about their clientele I will not be returning to this hotel."
