Guests have full access to kayaks, bikes, cornhole boards, fishing poles, and a cozy firepit. Fire up the grill and dine on the private patio with a gorgeous lakefront view.

New Feature! Inside the home, guests can now enjoy a Polycade arcade system—a sleek, wall-mounted gaming unit loaded with classic and modern games perfect for all ages. Whether you're winding down after a day on the lake or looking for a rainy-day activity, the Polycade adds a fun, nostalgic touch to your stay.Hopkins Park has a playground that is perfect for children and sandy beach areas for swimming and relaxing.

The home is equipped with Central Air, Wi-Fi, Coffee Pot (regular& K Cups) Smart Tv’s (bring your own Netflix/Hulu/YouTube TV account information), and Amazon Alexa.

Bedroom 1(Master) – 1 queen bed, sliding glass door with a view of the lake.

Bedroom 2- 1 Queen Bed.

Bedroom 3- Queen Bed and a Sofa Sleeper with a pull-out bed.

Kitchen- Includes all major appliances and is stocked with pots, pans, dishes/utensils, electric griddle, toaster, popcorn maker and more.

Living room- Reclining couch, board games, playing cards, puzzles, and kid’s toys.

Linens/Towels- Yes, we provide basic sheets, linens, and towels. Beds will be made upon arrival. If you are particular about your bedding feel free to bring your own.

Parking – Room for 4 vehicles max.

Pets- Small pets are welcome. Guest are required to clean up animal feces.

Smoking- Smoking is not allowed inside of the home. If you smoke outside, please be respectful and clean up.

Firewood- No firewood will be provided. Wood will is available for purchase at local wood stands and, gas stations.

Cell Phone Service- Good.

Washer and dryer: Yes. Laundry is provided.

Home Entry- The home has keyless entry. An access code will be provided prior to your arrival via Text or Email.

Fishing- Bearlake is known for its excellent fishing. The lake has been stocked with 169,782 Walleye since June of 2019 according to the DNR Fish stock report

Overall a great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere nice to stay in bear lake. Very clean and spacious and amazing location. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay at again sometime in the future!

Close to it all

Great location with the lake right across the street. Boat launch right on the other side of the campsite/park. Our kiddos loved fishing right from shore. House was well stocked and hosts were quick to respond and help answer any questions. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great place and location!

We stayed here for an extended weekend and loved it. The rental itself is very nice and well equipped. The owners are very responsive. The location is great. We were able to go to Lake Michigan, Manistee, and Sleeping Bear Dunes without long drives. Glad they allow dogs. Would definitely rent again.

Just the Best!

We come to Bear Lake every year with friends, and used to tent at the campground, but after having kids decided to try a rental for a change. Having the campground right there with our friends was excellent, and this rental had everything we needed! It has so much room, and was well stocked with linens. The only slight downside is that the ac unit is on the porch right by the table which we used multiple times a day, but we simply turned the ac off for the time we would be outside. The rental stayed very cool when the ac was off, so no worries there.

Nice Vrbo!

Extra touches throughout the house. Kitchen area had everything! Which is rare when staying in a vrbo house. Super quiet neighborhood which made our relaxing weekend perfect. Lots of things to do in the shed which kept the teenagers busy all weekend. Thank you for that!

Family Getawat

We rented this place for my husband, our 4 year old, our 1.5 year old twins, and myself to visit with family. The rooms were spacious enough to fit the two pack and plays and the air conditioning worked great. The home had toys for the children, which they loved. The location was perfect and very close to our family. Parking was convenient. We had a bit of trouble checking in, but the hosts were very responsive and we got our issue resolved right away. Having access to laundry was so helpful as was the large refrigerator. We did have a stain on the comforter and had to kill about 20 earwigs and a few pillbugs, which gave a bit of discomfort, but after laundering the comforters myself I felt reassured that everything else was clean. The house was spacious and well equipped for what we needed.
